This package equals about an 1/8th of our Grass Fed/Grass Finished Beef. It is a mixture of cuts from the front quarter and the hind quarter. It comes with about 30lb of hamburger and approximately 30lbs of steaks and roasts. Everything comes vacuum sealed and labeled!
